Browse the menu and add what you would like to Quick Order, choosing a weight for cakes and cheesecakes or a quantity for everything else. When you send it, your order opens as a ready-written WhatsApp message to us, and we reply to confirm the details.

You are welcome to call us with questions, but we ask that every order is placed and confirmed on WhatsApp. That way the flavours, weights, messages and timings are all in writing and nothing gets missed.

We reply on WhatsApp with the final details and price, and your order is confirmed with a part payment (advance). We start baking after we receive it. Until then, please treat it as a request, as we check timing and availability for every order.

Some items show a price on the menu, and for others we share the price on WhatsApp. Either way, we confirm the full amount, including any delivery charge, before we start baking.

Please place your order at least 24 hours before you need it. Everything is baked fresh to order, so this gives us time to plan, bake and pack it properly.

Sometimes, depending on what is already planned for the day. Message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly whether we can manage it.

For large quantities, corporate gifting, party boxes or custom designs, please give us more notice than our usual minimum of 24 hours. Bigger orders and detailed designs take longer to plan and bake, so the earlier you message us, the better.

For now we deliver across Bangalore only. That includes Hebbal, Yelahanka, Kalyan Nagar, Rajajinagar, Vijayanagar, Indiranagar, Whitefield, Marathahalli, Koramangala, HSR Layout, Bellandur, Sarjapur Road, Electronic City, Jayanagar, JP Nagar, BTM Layout, Banashankari and Basavanagudi. Our kitchen is in Seshadripuram, close to Malleshwaram, Srirampuram and Prakash Nagar. If you are unsure whether we reach you, message us on WhatsApp and we will check.

Yes. Our kitchen works around the clock, and late-night deliveries are possible if you let us know in advance when you place your order.

Yes, pickup is available. Choose pickup when you order and we will share the pickup details and time on WhatsApp.

Yes. When we deliver, the delivery charge for your address is added to your bill. We confirm the amount on WhatsApp with your order total before you pay the advance, so there are no surprises. Pickup has no delivery charge.

Magdalene Bakers is a cloud kitchen, so we offer delivery and pickup only, with no dine-in. That lets us focus completely on baking every order fresh.

Yes. Tell us about the occasion, theme and colours on WhatsApp, and we will let you know what we can create and confirm the details with you.

Yes, cakes and cheesecakes can carry a short message. Add it in the message on cake field in Quick Order and it will be included in your WhatsApp order.

Please do. Photos, colour palettes or even your party invitation help us understand what you have in mind, and we will be honest about what we can recreate and suggest alternatives where needed.

Tell us about any dietary needs when you order and we will let you know what we can and cannot do. As our kitchen handles common allergens, we cannot promise that any bake is completely allergen-free.

Yes, eggless options are available. Mention that you would like your order eggless when you send it on WhatsApp, and we will confirm which items can be made that way.

Share your design idea together with your eggless request on WhatsApp, and we will confirm what is possible before you place the order.

No. Eggless bakes are made without eggs, but in the same kitchen where eggs are used, so traces may be present. If you avoid eggs because of an allergy, please tell us before ordering.

We accept UPI and cash. We will share the payment details on WhatsApp when we confirm your order.

Yes. Every order is confirmed with a part payment (advance), paid once we have agreed the details on WhatsApp. We start baking after we receive it, and the balance is paid before or at delivery or pickup.

Yes. We confirm the full amount, including any delivery charge, on WhatsApp before you pay.

Keep cream cakes and cheesecakes in the fridge, in their box or covered, until you are ready to serve. As a general guide, they are best enjoyed within 2 days.

Yes, take cakes out of the fridge about 20–30 minutes before serving so the texture softens and the flavours come through. Cream-based cakes should not be left out for long, especially on warm days.

Keep them in an airtight container at room temperature, away from heat and humidity, and as a general guide enjoy them within 2–3 days. Treats with a cream cheese layer or swirl, such as the Red Velvet Cream Cheese Blondie or Strawberry Cheesecake Brownie, are best kept in the fridge.

Muffins keep well in an airtight container at room temperature for 2–3 days as a guide. Cupcakes with a cream topping are best refrigerated and brought out 20–30 minutes before serving.

Our kitchen handles wheat (gluten), dairy, eggs, nuts including peanuts, and soy. Many of our bakes contain one or more of these.

No. All our bakes are made in the same kitchen, so cross-contact is possible and we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from an allergen.

Please tell us about any allergy or intolerance on WhatsApp before you order. We will be honest about what we can offer, and if we are not confident it is safe for you, we will say so.
