Birthday Cakes Baked Fresh for Every Age

Choosing the right size

Working out how much cake you need is often the trickiest part of planning a birthday. Our cakes come in four weights, and the guide below is only a starting point: appetites, the age of your guests and whether other desserts are on the table all make a real difference.

If you are torn between two sizes, tell us about the party on WhatsApp and we will happily help you decide.

• 0.5 kg: often enough for four to six people at a small family celebration.
• 1 kg: roughly suits eight to twelve guests.
• 1.5 kg: a comfortable choice for a party of around fifteen.
• 2 kg: generally the pick for twenty or more.

Putting their name on it

Every cake and cheesecake can carry an optional message. Type it into Quick Order exactly as you want it to appear, and double-check the spelling of the name, since nicknames and unusual spellings are easy to mix up. Short messages fit best, so a name with 'Happy 30th' works beautifully.

Themes, colours and custom designs are discussed on WhatsApp. Send us a reference photo, the party colours or even a picture of the invitation, and our bakers will tell you what they can create. Detailed designs take longer to plan, so give us more than the minimum 24 hours wherever you can.

Flavours that keep everyone happy

For a mixed crowd of children and adults, the Chocolate Truffle Cake is hard to beat, and the Red Velvet Cake looks wonderful when it is cut. The Strawberry Cream Cake and Vanilla Berry Cake are lighter, fruitier options that tend to go down well with children, while the Coffee Mocha Cake is best saved for a grown-up birthday. Brownie lovers can even have the Classic Fudge Brownie Cake as the birthday cake itself.

Cheesecakes are another way to celebrate, particularly for adults who prefer something creamy to a classic sponge. The Biscoff Cheesecake and Basque Burnt Cheesecake are ordered by weight just like our cakes, and they can carry a message too.

Getting the timing right

Because every birthday cake is baked fresh to order, please place yours at least 24 hours before the party, and earlier for a themed design or one of the larger weights. If the celebration begins at midnight, say so when you order: our kitchen works 24 hours and a late-night delivery can be arranged in advance, though never at the last minute.

Once your order is confirmed, clear a shelf in the fridge for cream cakes and cheesecakes, and bring the cake out a little before the candles are lit so it is at its best when you cut it.

Cupcakes and brownies for the party table

A cake for the candles plus a few smaller treats for the table is a popular way to plan a party. Cupcakes can be ordered singly or in boxes of 6, which makes them easy to hand round at school celebrations or to send home with guests; the Ferrero Hazelnut Cupcake and Red Velvet Cupcake are two firm favourites.

Brownies are ordered by the piece and are rich enough that one each is plenty. Everything can go into a single Quick Order, and we confirm the whole party order, the delivery charge and the final price together on WhatsApp. We deliver anywhere in Bangalore, or you can collect from our kitchen in Seshadripuram, and payment is by UPI or cash.
